The increased incidences of bullying have caused great concern to many. As such it has forced society and the government to acknowledge the fact that bullying is real and is happening in schools and online, and has caused detrimental circumstances for all involved. Bullying has been present for generations, but has now taken a more drastic turn in modern day society.

The most known bullying which occurs in real life has now evolved into what’s known as cyber-bullying, where individuals are being harassed in the most extreme sense by people who taunt others through the computer. The effects of bullying can lead to: suicide, anger and withdrawal, depression and anxiety. Although bullying still hasn’t gotten the full attention that it deserves, there are many outlets that are being implemented to resolve the issue, in hopes that future generations won’t be affected by such harassments.
